WARRANTY POLICY
as BERAccounts, we truly understand that trying to purchase an account from unreliable sources is not a great experience. We are here to change that experience in a good way for you.
Every account that is marketed in this website has been completely checked and purchased from reliable sources. After long years of service, our reported account recovery rate is less than %1.
We do also offer an explicit warranty against account recoveries on products that is purchased from our vendor.
Measures We Take:
We purchase accounts from original owners and highly reputated members only. We do have various methods to verify if a seller is truly original owner of the account that he wants to sell. Identification verification is a must to sellers.
We do not tolerate scammers. If an account is recovered by it's original owner, we take every possible action with our experienced legal team.
Explicit Warranty:
Every product purchased from our vendor comes with an explicit warranty. Our warranty protects you against account recoveries made by original owner.
Our warranty does not cover consequences of trading account with third parties, suspensions, locks, closures, exploiting in-game economy, usage of illegal softwares and account sharing. We are not responsible on these subjects after account assigned to you. We do perform our refunds as store credits that can be used to purchase anything on our vendor.
● If an account recovery reported in first two months from purchase date, you will receive %100 of the total summary as store credit.
● If an account recovery reported in first six months from purchase date, you will receive %50 of the total summary as store credit.
● If an account recovery reported in first twelve months from purchase date, you will receive %25 of the total summary as store credit.
● Users may extend their warranty with paying %5 of the total summary in every three months after original warranty is extended.
Terms and Conditions:
● Our explicit warranty does not transfer to third parties. We do not allow users to trade products with third party users after purchase.
● Our warranty won't be valid if account's condition has been changed after purchase. (Modifying mail adress, character transfers to different accounts, name changes, country changes, suspensions, locks and closures)
● Modifying or changing registered name of the account voids our warranty.
● False or fabricated account recovery claims voids our warranty.
● Character progression and account progression does not effect compensation amount.
● Our explicit warranty does not cover in-game purchases in any form.
